What this site keeps on your phone

Your cart, your last order (for “Reorder”), the name, phone number and address you typed at checkout, and the time of your last spin. These stay in your browser on this device. We do not receive them. Clear your browser data to remove them.

How an order reaches us

When you tap Order, the site opens WhatsApp with your order, name, phone number, address and (if you add it) your location pin already typed in. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy covers it from there.

What we count

We count what people do on the site: visits, menu taps, items added, orders started, offers tapped. Each note holds the event name, a random visitor ID stored on your phone, phone or desktop, where you came from (for example Instagram), whether the shop was open, and numbers such as an item name or an order total. It never holds your name, phone number, address, location or anything you typed. We do not store IP addresses.

We do not count visitors whose browser sends Do Not Track. To opt out on a device, open thecrosta.com/?notrack=1. To opt back in, use ?notrack=0.

Maps

The “Find us” section shows an embedded Google map. Google may set its own cookies when it loads.
